Your first step will be to choose an application type. Which application type should you choose?

• STUDENT: If you will be both the leaseholder and occupant of your apartment and you are a student, choose the "Student" application type.


• NON-STUDENT:If you will be both the leaseholder and occupant of your apartment and you are not a student, choose the "Non-Student" application type.


• GUARDIAN FOR UNDERAGE APPLICANT: If you are the guardian of a future occupant who is currently younger than 19 years old, choose the "Guardian for Underage Applicant" application type. You will be the legal leaseholder for the future occupant.

Please see Rental Criteria for income requirements for applicants who will be financially responsible for their own lease and provide income information.
